The team that created FootballTots have been operating franchises for over 15 years and support over 350 franchisees around the globe.
We provide practical training and support with everything from marketing and promotion to HR and managing bookings.
But we’re not simply a remote resource, we love to get together with our franchisees online and in person – and love our franchsiees to meet one another.
It’s all part of the friendly, family-style approach we take to business.
TRAINING PROGRAM
BUSINESS TRAINING
You will receive 16 hours of desk-based training, delivered in eight 2-hour sessions by Zoom or, if you prefer, in person at Head Office. We cover everything from creating your launch plan and using our internal systems, through financial and venue mangagement, to promoting your classes and recruiting coaches.
COACHING TRAINING
You will get 2 structured training days with a master trainer and head coach or existing franchise ownew. This is followed by 4 weeks of buddy training and support from a franchisee near to your area, with 3, 6 and 12-month follow-up visits.
PROMOTIONAL SUPPORT
We help you spread the word about your classes easily and effectively.
PRINTED AND PRINT-READY MATERIALS
We provide you with a range of materials personalized with your franchise contact details. Most items are available with several image choices, so you can pick the one that best reflects your situation and your target audience.
SOCIAL MEDIA
We’ve a a catalog of ready-to-go posts, images, video and other great content available for you to use. (Including plenty of shots of everyone’s favorite football-playing Golden Retriever, the FootballTots mascot Huddle!)
But we know finding the time to post regularly can be challenging, so a dedicated team at Head Office will post varied content across your Facebook and Instagram pages several times every week.

HEAD OFFICE FRANCHISE SUPPORT
We provide franchise support 24-hours a day, every day of the year from our management office in North Carolina.
Key members of our Franchise Support team have more than 10 years’ experience in this type of role. So whatever assistance you need, we’ve got your back.
CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS
Reaching out to colleagues is vital to the FootballTots’ team ethos. So, we provide a variety of platforms for engaging on a local or national level.
And, as a franchisee, you will be invited to our annual regional and national conferences. These include presentations, workshops and fun social events, and are a great place to gain new ideas for growing your business.
BESPOKE BOOKING SYSTEM
Our custom-built booking system makes it easy for you to manage your classes, and for parents to manage bookings for their children.
We’re continually improving it, and adding new features to help you run and grow your business even more effectively.
For example, the latest version includes an informative, easy-to-use dashboard that shows you how your business is running. It also features mass-communication tools that enable you to contact to your customers via email, text or WhatsApp.
